Mr Barnaba is an investment banker and corporate advisor who has focused predominantly on the natural resources sector. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of Fortescue Ltd and as Chairman of AirTrunk, a cloud-based data centre company operating in Asia-Pacific and Japan. He is also the Chairman of the University of Western Australia's Investment Committee and co-chairs the University of Western Australia's Business School Board. He previously served two terms on the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia and was Chairman of its Audit Committee.

Mr Day has more than 25 years of experience in executive and commercial roles across mining, infrastructure, and investment banking. He was Chief Financial Officer of Northern Star Resources Limited, an ASX100 company and Australian gold producer. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer of Sakari Resources Plc, which operated multiple mines before its takeover. He is non-executive Chairman of Blue Ocean Monitoring Limited and a member of the Senate of the University of Western Australia.

Ms Gaines is a business leader with international experience in financial and commercial management. She has experience in the resources sector and exposure to the impact of Asian economies, particularly China, on the Australian business environment. She is an executive director of Fortescue Ltd and previously served as Chief Executive Officer. She is chair of Risk committee.

Mr Hallam is a mining industry professional with more than 45 years of Australian and international resource experience across a range of commodities including both surface and underground mining. He has operational and corporate experience from his executive roles including Director of Operations with Fortescue Ltd, Executive General Manager of Developments and Projects with Newcrest Mining, and Director of Victorian Operations with Alcoa. He is member of Health, Safety & Sustainability.

Jimmy is a mining and natural resources executive with more than 25 years of experience. He held various executive positions at BHP including President of the Iron Ore, Energy Coal, and Stainless Steel Materials divisions. He was appointed to the Export Finance Australia board in December 2020 for a three-year term, which was renewed in December 2023. He is Chair of Health, Safety & Sustainability.

Mr Latcham has more than 35 years of Australian and international experience in the mining sector. He joined the Company from Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a sustainability consultancy. Prior to this, he worked as an independent advisor to private equity and mining consultancy firms and spent nine years in senior roles with Rio Tinto. He is member of Health, Safety & Sustainability.

Mr Borrelli is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has experience in investment banking including flotations, takeovers, and mergers and acquisitions for private and quoted companies. He is also a director of UK listed companies Bradda Head Lithium limited, Red Rock Resources plc, Kendrick Resources plc and Tiger Royalties and Investments plc. He is a member of Risk committee.
