Mr Freeman has 25 years experience across corporate finance, capital markets and governance, Mark brings a focus on the resources sector and hard rock exploration and development companies. His experience spans early-stage drilling through to resource definition, development and corporate transactions. He has worked closely with a number of exploration and mining companies, including Pursuit Minerals Ltd, Exco Resources NL, Mirabela Nickel Ltd, Panoramic Resources Ltd and Albidon Limited. Mark also brings direct North American operating experience, including as Finance Director of Calima Energy Ltd in Canada. Mark is currently Chief Executive Officer of Bindi Metals Ltd, where he is leading the development of gold projects in Serbia.

Mr McFadzean has over 40 years of mining and process experience across a range of commodities and geographies. He has had exposure to all levels of operations and corporate leadership across his career, including managing the construction, commissioning and ramp-up of six new mining operations globally.

Mr Bertolatti has over 17 years of experience in the mining industry and accounting profession. He has both local and international experience and helps several resource companies with financial accounting and stock exchange compliance. He has experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, corporate governance and corporate finance.
