Mr Wilson has more than 45 years' direct experience in investment markets having held a variety of senior investment roles in Australia, the UK and the US. Ms Westacott is an Australian business executive who has made contributions to various sectors, including public administration, education, and business. She is the Chancellor of Western Sydney University and serves as a non-executive director for Canadian Utilities Limited, RBA Governance Board, ATCO Australia and advisor to KPMG. She is Chair of the Bradfield Development Authority, Studio Schools of Australia and a committee member of 2050 Point Parramatta. She is also a Patron of The Pinnacle Foundation and Co-Patron of Pride in Diversity. She has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Business Council of Australia and held senior roles in the New South Wales and Victorian governments, focusing on areas such as housing, urban planning, and social policy. Jennifer is known for her advocacy on issues such as tax reform, regulatory efficiency, infrastructure development, and social inclusion. She resigned as a director of Wesfarmers Limited in October 2025.

Ms Grant has experience as a non-executive director of public and private companies as well as senior management experience, having spent 15 years working in equity capital markets, most recently as executive director, UBS Australia. Kiera is currently Chair of Hill Smith Family Estates, incorporating Yalumba Wine Company and Negociants Distribution. She is an independent director of Perennial Partners, a house of investment teams and is a Trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW Trust. She is the former Chair of the Art Gallery of NSW Foundation. She is also a former director of Pacific Brands Limited and Sydney Dance Company. She is chair of the Investment Committee.

Ms Ebeling is member of Risk Committee. She is CEO at Sefa, providing flexible finance and tailored advice for organisations to grow, build resilience, and create sustainable change. From traditional banking with HSBC to venture philanthropy in the Philippines, Hanna brings a global practice lens. She is on the board of social enterprise at Vanguard Laundry, and as a former and current member of government and sector reference groups contributes to improving for purpose collaborations between government, philanthropy and the private sector.

Mrs Cook brings more than 30 years of legal, governance and executive leadership experience across Australia's corporate and financial services sectors. Most recently, she served as Group Executive, Customer & Corporate Services and Group General Counsel at National Australia Bank (NAB) from 2017 to 2025, where she was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and oversaw legal, governance, regulatory affairs, government affairs, sustainability, customer complaints, remediation and customer hardship functions. Mrs Cook was also a member and later Chair of the NAB Foundation Council. Prior to joining NAB, Mrs Cook held senior leadership positions within leading Australian law firms, including Managing Partner, Clients at King & Wood Mallesons and Managing Partner at Henry Davis York.
