Mr Dennis has been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years. He has held senior management positions at several Australian resources companies and was previously the Chief Executive Office & Managing Director of CBH Resources Limited, the Australian subsidiary of Toho Zinc Co., Ltd of Japan. Mr Dennis is currently the non-executive chair of ASX listed companies Rox Resources Limited and Marvel Gold Limited.

Mr Gordon is a partner at the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs. He has spent over a decade advising mining clients globally on all aspects associated with the sector. He was previously a partner at the international law firm Holman Fenwick Willan and a lawyer at the Canadian firm Stikeman Elliott. He has international deal exposure and a strong capital markets practice, having worked on numerous deals advising institutional and corporate mining clients on flotations, takeovers, fundraisings, M&A deals and de-listings on most of the worlds leading mining markets, but with particular experience with the ASX, AIM and the UK Official List as well as the TSX and TSX(v). He is recognised as one of two mining lawyers in Singapore. Geographically, Brian has worked in most of the mining jurisdictions including work done throughout Africa and Australia. Brian was a founder of Southeast Asias mining based professional industry group, the Singapore Mining Club. In addition to the work Brian has done for corporate mining clients his practice has included high level governmental advisory work for a number of national governments who have looked at monetising their natural resources. Brian has top level management experience having sat at the global board level of both his previous law firm and for a number of mining companies in non-executive board capacities.
