Mr Martyr is an experienced resource industry banker, advisor and corporate executive. Mr. Martyr has over 30 years of experience in resources investment banking and corporate finance, as well as the management of international mining companies. He is currently CEO and Director of Battery Future Acquisition Corp and is a director of Capital Metals plc and CB Innovations Pty Ltd. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Martyr was a Managing Director with Standard Chartered Bank ultimately as the Global Head of Advisory, Mining and Metals. From 2005 until its 2011 acquisition by Standard Chartered Bank, he was a partner with Gryphon Partners, a boutique resource advisory firm. From 1994 to 2003, he was employed in several executive roles by Normandy Mining Ltd., including President, Americas. Prior to that he held positions with Deutsche Bank and Morgan Grenfell.

Mr James joined Euro Manganese as President and CEO in December 2021. Matt has leadership experience in both established global industrials and small growth companies across the natural resources, chemicals and environmental services sectors. Previous executive roles include Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Communications at Lynas Corporation; founding Managing Director of Rutila Resources; and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Harsco Corporation.

Dr Dreisinger is a Professor and Chairholder of the Industrial Research Chair in Hydrometallurgy at the University of British Columbia. He has published over 300 papers and is co-inventor of 21 U.S. patents for work in hydrometallurgical research. He runs an active international consulting practice focused on various major hydrometallurgical projects and plants. His previous experience includes director positions at PolyMet Mining, Search Minerals, LeadFX, Cascadero Copper Corp. and officer positions with Camrova Resources, Clifton Star Resources and South American Silver.

Mr Webster is a senior finance professional who spent over 30 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers until his retirement in 2014. His former roles include BC Managing Partner, Assurance Leader in Romania and head of the firm's mining practice in Canada. He has experience as audit partner and advising private and listed clients, and he has valuable international experience with mine development projects. He is currently a director of Eldorado Gold Corporation.

Mr Stepien has over 30 years of global high technology management, operations and engineering experience at small and large companies. He is currently CEO of QM Power, an innovative electric motor company. He is also an Operating Partner at KCK Investment Group, a venture and private equity investment firm. Tom serves as Director of Primus Power Solutions, a battery energy storage company and was its CEO from 2009 to 2020. Prior to co-founding Primus, he was a VP at semiconductor equipment manufacturer Applied Materials. Tom earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is a co-inventor on numerous patents, and a frequent speaker at energy conferences. He brings an international perspective, having led diverse teams in several countries.
