Mr Crabb practised as a solicitor from 1980 to 2004 with Robinson Cox (now Clayton Utz) and Blakiston & Crabb (now Gilbert + Tobin) in mining, corporate and commercial law, advised in relation to project developments in Australia and Africa. Rick has since focused on his public company directorships and investments. He has been involved as a director and strategic shareholder in a number of public companies operating in mining, oil production and property development. He is currently Non-executive Chair of Ora Gold Limited and Leo Lithium Limited.

Mr Fennell has over twenty years experience in equity capital markets specialising as a Private Client Investment Advisor for institutional clients.

Mr Port was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 30 years' experience in financial analysis, company and business valuations, transaction due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. He led the PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth Deals team for seven years and has had experience in the resources sector in his career. Roger is currently a board member of CTI Logistics Limited, Cullen Wines (Australia) Pty Ltd and is the Chair of Linear Clinical Research Limited.

Mr Vergara with 15 years of experience in the mining industry primarily in
exploration and consulting roles across Australia, North America, Africa and Europe. He has been involved at management level with listed and unlisted entities including with the Bass Group family office and at Eagle Mountain. Mr Vergara is the Director of Leontopodium Pty Ltd, a project generation business with a focus on missed opportunities in established jurisdictions and prospects with world-class potential in emerging regions.
