Mr Dunning has experience in the rail industry having served as the Commissioner for Railways in Queensland, President of the Australian Railways Association and Managing Director of Evans Deakin Industries Limited (the predecessor to the ASX listed company, Downer EDI Limited). Ross is also chairman of the Board of Indec Ltd. He is Chairman of Risk Committee.

Scott has more than 27 years experience in senior management with exposure to a broad range of relevant industry sectors. He commenced his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then spent 27 years with leading Malaysian listed industrial services conglomerate, Sime Darby Berhad in various roles including Finance Director and then Managing Director of Australian based Caterpillar Dealer, Hastings Deering. Prior to his retirement from executive management at the end of 2019, Scott had spent the last 13 years as an Executive Vice-President of Sime Darby Industrial.

Dale is the Executive Chairman of the Elphinstone Group which he founded in 1975. Dale has considerable experience in the engineering, manufacturing and heavy machinery industries and among other things is one of the longest serving Caterpillar dealer principals in Australia, having acquired the Caterpillar dealership in Victoria and Tasmania in 1987. Dale was the Co-Chair of the Joint Commonwealth and Tasmanian Economic Council from 2014 to 2017 and remains Chair of the industry members of this Council. From 2020 to 2021 he was a member of the Tasmanian Premiers Economic and Social Recovery Advisory Council and was a director of the Tasmanian Health Organisation North-West until 30 June 2015. He was a director of Caterpillar subsidiary, Caterpillar Underground Mining Pty Ltd until December 2008 and of the formerly publicly listed Queensland Gas Company Limited from October 2002 to November 2008. Dale was also a director of ASX listed National Hire Group Limited until December 2011.

Vince is an executive director of T8 Advisory Partners and a non-executive director of the Tasmanian Development Board and Tasmanian Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd. Until recently he also served as a member of the Tasmanian Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee. Vince was Managing Director of the Elphinstone Group for 10 years until December 2018 after having commenced in 2000 as the Groups Legal Counsel and Finance & Investment Manager. During his time with the Group, he also held a number of board roles on various subsidiary and joint venture companies. Prior to that time, Vince was a Senior Associate in the Energy, Resources & Projects team at national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, based in Melbourne.

Mr McFadden has 20 years experience in senior management roles with a understanding of the resources sector, international markets and M&A activities in particular. He is currently the Chairman of NexGen Energy Limited (which is listed to the ASX, New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange), and a director of Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, IsoEnergy Limited. Chris was previously Manager, Business Development at Newcrest Mining Limited and before that was Head of Commercial, Strategy and Corporate Development at Tigers Realm Coal Limited. Prior to his time at Tigers Realm, Chris was a Commercial General Manager at Rio Tinto where he had a 12 year career spanning legal and commercial roles.

Ms Elphinstone is an executive director of the Elphinstone Group of Companies and has gained experience across many business disciplines. She has held several leadership roles, within the mining equipment, technology and services (METS) and earthmoving sectors, her most recent being Managing Director of the Elphinstone Group's underground mining manufacturing business. Kelly holds multiple directorships (including a Chair position) and participates on Federal and State Government advisory councils.

Mr Draper is an experienced executive having held senior roles in the industrial sector both in Australia and overseas. He was previously the Managing Director & CEO of Ixom (former Orica Chemicals business), based in Melbourne. Ixom is a market leader in chemical production and distribution in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to leading the Ixom business, Dean spent over 17 years in several senior executive positions at BASF, a large multi-national chemicals company. For a significant portion of his time with BASF, Dean was based in South-East Asia (primarily in Singapore) and worked across the region including Hong Kong, South Korea & Malaysia, and served as Managing Director of BASFs operations across the ASEAN region for around 4 years.
