Mr Johnston commenced his career in the insolvency sector and is presently the Managing Director of a Singapore based capital markets consultancy firm focused on ASEAN based growth and start-up businesses, primarily in the technology sector. He has over 30 years of experience on listed micro-cap boards, mainly on the ASX, having been Chairman of three listed ASX companies, two of which were metals explorers and a nonexecutive director of the People's Merchant Bank listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. Mr Johnston has previously served as the Victorian President of the Australian Small Business Association.

Mr Ranko Matic has over 30 years experience in the areas of finance and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory. Mr Matic is a director of a chartered accounting firm and a corporate advisory company based in Perth, and has specialist expertise and exposure in areas of audit, corporate services, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. Mr Matic was also a director of Celsius Resources Ltd (23 December 2012 to 6 December 2018), Antilles Oil and Gas NL (12 February 2016 to 13 November 2018) and SIV Asset Management Ltd (25 March 2019 to 15 May 2020). Mr Matic has also acted as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for companies in the private and public sector and currently holds CFO and company secretary roles with publicly listed companies.

Mr Duncan has 16 years of experience in commodities trader and risk manager. He has worked across physical trading, structured trade finance, sales/trading roles and Logistics co-ordination. Within Asia he has worked in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and recently China where he managed the commodities business for Citibank and Deutsche bank and Arcadia.

Mr Newbury has experience in project management and developing mines operations in Australia, Indonesia, Philippines and Laos. James has been involved in all facets of several mining operations in Queensland, including permitting, environmental assessment and compliance, feasibility studies, metallurgy, mining operations, off-take, logistics and export of mineral concentrates.
