Empire Energy Group Ltd is an oil and gas exploration and production company focused on onshore long-life oil & gas fields, in the USA. The progression of exploration & appraisal work programs in its wholly-owned and operated exploration tenements & applications located in the high petroleum-prospective Northern Territory McArthur Basin (including the Beetaloo Sub-Basin). It sells oil and gas products to owners of domestic pipelines, utilities, and refiners located in Pennsylvania and New York. It operates in three segments- United States Operations, Northern Territory, and corporate. The majority is derived from United States operations segment, which includes all oil and gas operations located in the USA. Revenue is derived from the sale of oil and gas and the operation of wells.

Mr Rozman has had a career in the natural resources sector across operations,development and project financing. His experience includes construction, project management, joint ventures and project financing including private equity. Mr Rozman has 40 years' experience in operating and constructing projects in Africa, Australia and Papua New Guinea. Mr Rozman was the Chief Operating Officer of AurionGold Limited and was instrumental in the growth and development of its predecessor, Delta Gold Limited. He was the Chief Executive Officer of CH4 Gas Limited, during its pioneering coal seam gas development in Queensland. Mr Rozman was a founding partner and director of Pacific Road Capital Management overseeing several of its natural resources projects. He is the Chairman of the VALMIN Code Committee for the AusIMM and Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He is a member of the Technical committee.

Dr Warburton has 38 years of professional oil and gas experience in operated and non-operated conventional and unconventional petroleum discovery, development and in new business delivery. John has worked in Western Europe, West Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea and throughout the Asia Pacific Region including Australia and New Zealand. He has resided as an expatriate in a number of these regions and has a keen focus on people, safety, cultural heritage and environment. Prof Warburton's career includes 14 years of senior technical and leadership roles at BP. He was Executive General Manager for Exploration & New Business at Eni in Pakistan, and until March 2018 John was Chief of Geoscience & Exploration Excellence at Oil Search Ltd. Prof Warburton has been a Director of Empire's wholly owned Northern Territory subsidiary, Imperial Oil & Gas Pty Limited (Imperial), since 2011 and was its Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2014. He continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director of Imperial. In addition, John is Visiting Professor in the School of Earth & Environment at Leeds University UK where he has served ten years on the External Advisory Board of Geosolutions, Leeds (formerly Petroleum Leeds) which is the focus for integrated Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience and Climate Research. Dr Warburton is Chairman of the Risk Committee and member of the Risk committee.
