    About Deep Yellow Ltd

    Deep Yellow Ltd (ASX: DYL) is a uranium development company with a portfolio of Australian and global projects. The company has two advanced projects: Tumas, its flagship project in Namibia, and Mulga Rock in Western Australia. Both projects are located within tier 1 uranium jurisdictions. The company is also evaluating Mulga Rock for critical minerals and rare earth elements.

    Deep Yellow says it is well-positioned for organic growth through the development of its exploration portfolio which comprises Omahola in Namibia and Alligator River in the Northern Territory.

He has acted as lead audit signing partner for several ASX 100 companies and has provided assurance services to public and private companies operating nationally and internationally across multiple industry sectors, including uranium. He is also chair of Risk Committee.

    Ms Jackson has more than 35 years of experience in the resource sector and has held roles across both private and public sectors. She has been involved in negotiations for major resource developments and has worked as a petroleum regulator with experience in land access, heritage and environmental approvals. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Minerals Council of Australia in Western Australia, where she worked on industry policies and engagement with government and community. She is Chair of the Charles Darwin University Energy and Resources Institute Advisory Board and has served on the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environment Management Authority. She is chairs the Sustainability Committee.

During his 25-year career, he has held senior and executive roles in Australia and internationally, including Country Head (Australia) of Barclays Bank and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley (Australia). He has been involved in over 100 financing transactions for resource companies across Africa, Asia and Australia, including financing for Paladin Energy.
