Diverger Ltd. engages in the provision of wealth and asset management services, distribution services and accounting and taxation services. It operates through following segments: Wealth Solutions, Accounting Solutions and Corporate. The Wealth Solutions segment provide services such as financial planning, risk insurance advice, broking, self-managed superannuation administration and managed funds. The Accounting Solutions segment provide professional support, help desk and training and legal documents primarily to the accounting sector. The Corporate segment which comprises the parent entity and includes some sundry revenue and corporate costs. The company was founded on August 11, 2004 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

Peter was a Senior Partner in Grant Thornton and became the National Chairman of the Insolvency and Recovery practice. Peter was the Managing Director of Pillar Administration for 4 years until it was sold by the New South Wales Government. Most recently Peter was the Chair of ASX listed Xplore Wealth Limited before its sale to HUB24.He is Member of Risk Committee.
