Mr Marks is a Sydney-based Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of The Nile Group, an eCommerce retail, services, logistics and outsourcing business. Mr Marks brings commercial experience in scaling a multinational business. The Nile Group's global supply chain and logistics capability has extended to most consumer goods categories in multiple countries. This capability has extended to provisioning international logistics support to multinational brands and technology companies. He is the Chairman of the Risk Committee and a member of People and Culture Remuneration Committee.

Mr Goddard brings leadership experience across defence, national security, government and industry, together with board and governance experience in organisations operating at the intersection of advanced technology, defence capability and government. Mr Goddard currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Austal Limited (ASX: ASB), Southern Launch and the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, and has previously held board and advisory roles with a range of defence and technology organisations. He has held a range of senior leadership and Command appointments within the Royal Australian Navy. Throughout his career he has developed experience in defence capability, strategic planning, government acquisition systems, international defence cooperation and stakeholder engagement across Australia, the United States and allied nations. As Commander Maritime Border Command and Operation Sovereign Borders, he led multi-agency operations integrating Defence, Border Force and intelligence capabilities. He has also held senior strategic policy roles within Defence Headquarters and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, providing international policy advice at the government initiatives involving Defence, Home Affairs, Treasury and Foreign Affairs agencies. His current and recent board and executive roles have provided direct exposure to defence procurement programs, export markets and government acquisition systems in Australia and key allied jurisdictions, particularly the United States.

Ms Haslinger brings 20 years of investment banking experience, where she provided strategic and capital advice to a range of clients. Ms. Haslinger's most recent role was Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets (Australia) for J.P. Morgan, and she was also previously an Equity Capital Markets executive at Deutsche Bank. She is a Member of the People and Culture Committee and a member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Joffe brings experience in technology, strategy and rapid scaling globally and has a track record in the United States of founding and building technology-based companies across a range of industries. Mr Joffe moved from San Francisco to Sydney in 2019 and is currently the Founder and CEO of Honey Insurance which launched in 2021. Mr Joffe commenced his business career as a consultant with McKinsey and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, both focused on the technology sector. He is a Member of the People and Culture Committee and a member of the Risk Committee.
