David has worked for an international accounting firm, as well as been actively involved in the financial and corporate management of numerous public listed companies, including roles as a director and company secretary of ASX listed entities. David is chair of the Risk Committee. David has over 30 years of experience in the corporate management of publicly listed companies.

Mr Gostlow has over 20 years of experience in the waste management industry, of which, 16 years was spent as Managing Director of Tox Free Solutions Ltd (Toxfree) with overall responsibility for operations and strategic growth. During this time, he developed Toxfree into one of Australia's waste management companies. He is also Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Jolly is a senior executive and board member with public and private sector experience, including investment development, finance and innovation, renewable energy, and technology commercialization. He is experienced in strategic program and venture development.

Mr Oliver has background in engineering and renewable energy and the development, design, construction, commissioning, and operation of renewable energy infrastructure, and particularly in the bioenergy sector (over 15 years). Prior to moving to Australia to join Biogass Renewables, Joe held Project Management and Engineering roles with Farmgen Ltd, UK's on-farm anaerobic digestion company specializing in developing, managing, and operating AD plants, and Monsal, a leading renewable process and technology provider specializing in AD and wastewater treatment industry.
