Mr Gostlow is member of Risk Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in the waste management industry, of which 16 years were spent as Managing Director of Tox Free Solutions Ltd (Toxfree) with overall responsibility for operations and strategic growth. During this time, he developed Toxfree into one of Australia's waste management companies. Toxfree was acquired by Cleanaway in 2018.

Mr Jolly has public and private sector experience, including investment development, finance and innovation, renewable energy, and technology commercialisation. He is experienced in strategic program and venture development.

Mr Oliver is a co-founder of the Delorean Corporation group of companies and in that role has jointly led the Company from start-up through ASX-listing and to date. He has a background in engineering and renewable energy and the development, design, construction, commissioning, and operation of renewable energy infrastructure, and particularly in the bioenergy sector (over 15 years).

Ms Ho brings experience in both the Australian and international gas industries, having held senior roles at organizations including Osaka Gas, Chevron, Alinta, and Woodside. With over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in the oil and gas sector, Ms Ho has held executive roles in financial leadership, capital planning, commercial strategy, business performance improvement, business development (including mergers and acquisitions), and joint venture contract negotiations. Her expertise spans domestic gas retail, stakeholder engagement, and the development and commercialization of gas projects in both domestic and international markets. She has also contributed to industry governance through non-executive roles and currently serves as Strategic Partnership Lead at Fortescue, supporting strategic growth and decarbonization initiatives

Mr Thomas is a banking and investment professional and currently Head of Investments for Tanarra Capital's situations division, Delorean's current corporate debt provider. Mr Thomas's 17 year career in finance includes roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in Sydney and Westpac where he managed a portfolio of accounts. Prior to his career in banking, he spent six years in advisory in EY's Transaction Advisory Services group and PPB Advisory's Real Estate team. With industry experience, Mr Thomas has worked across a range of asset classes including energy, transport, real estate, financial services, construction and aged care.
