Mr J G Crane	Non-Executive Director		Mr Crane is Executive Chairman of DFA Australia Limited, which he helped found in 1994. Glenn headed that business as Chief Executive Officer until the end of 2022. Mr B P Singh	Non-Executive Director		Mr Singh is the CEO and Director of DFA Australia Limited as well as Senior Investment Director. He is also a member of Dimensional's Investment Research Committee, which reviews potential investment strategy enhancements. He works with Dimensional's research team to develop and implement solutions that are designed to help clients achieve their goals. Bhanu has close to 20 years of industry experience. He started working for Dimensional in 2003 as a Trading Assistant, then became Head of Asia-Pacific Portfolio Management in 2015 before being named CEO in 2023.
Mr S A Clark	Non-Executive Director		Mr Clark has over 20 years of financial industry experience working with investment, research, and sales professionals as well as a variety of asset owners. He led the Institutional Services team until the end of 2018. Prior to joining the Institutional team in 2012, he led the Global Portfolio Management team. Prior to Dimensional, Steve began his financial career in 1997 at John Nuveen & Company, where he was involved in structuring mergers and acquisitions for the company's health care services division.
Mr D P Butler	Non-Executive Director		Mr Butler, throughout his career, Dave has been involved in the evolving field of investment advice and the community of professionals redefining wealth management and enhancing the investor experience.
Mr C L Newell	Non-Executive Director		Ms Newell serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Dimensional, supervising the legal work of Dimensional and its subsidiaries. In this role, she oversees the preparation of new product and corporate governance materials, business contracts, and other legal and regulatory matters, and heads up the firm's Legal group. Prior to joining Dimensional in 1996, she was an associate in the law firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP, practicing in the areas of corporate finance and investment management law.
