Mr Martin is a businessman and company director with over 25 years experience across a range of sectors including, mining and mining services, manufacturing and capital markets. Mr. Martin has a profound insight into corporate strategy, capital operation, management integration and business structures and efficiencies. Recently Mr Martin had owned and operated mining services business with offices in jurisdictions globally.

Mr Cheeseman is an executive leader and company director with over 20 years experience in leadership and management across a range of industries. Having held a range of project and operational roles, the last 10 years has been focussed on the resources sector, specifically project development, commercial optimisation and marketing. Mr Cheeseman has lithium industry experience having been intimately involved with project delivery, commissioning and ramp-up to commercial production and marketing of the former Altura Pilgangoora operations.

Mr Markovic is a private property developer and investor with over 30 years of experience. Mr Markovic is currently the Managing Director for a number of private companies, including JGM Property Investments Pty Ltd, who have ownership of substantial industrial and commercial property portfolios in New South Wales. Throughout his career, Mr Markovic has been involved in range of entrepreneurial technology and property start-ups as an early-stage investor and advisor.

Mr Broomham has over 12 years of experience, principally in hard rock lithium exploration, resource development and operations. He was most recently Head of Geology at ASX-100 lithium producer Pilbara Minerals. In his current role as the General Manager - Exploration for Battery Age Minerals, Mr Broomham has experience in hard-rock lithium exploration in Canada.
