Martin Riley has 35 years' experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He was involved in the commercial inception and development of the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) industry in Queensland in the 1990s with Origin Energy. Martin has held sub-surface technical roles and senior executive positions across both CSG and conventional assets, covering exploration, development, and production. He is also Chairperson of the Risk Committee.

Mr McKay has a strong commercial background, with sound finance, investment markets, business management and legal expertise. He
holds degrees in commerce and law.

Mr Pieters is Managing Director and co-founder of Walcot Capital, a private venture capital business focused on early-stage commodity investments. He is the former Managing Director of Tlou Energy Limited when it was a private company with coal seam gas exploration interests in Southern Africa. Previously, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Sunshine Gas Limited prior to its 2008 merger with the Queensland Gas Company and also held technical and business development roles at Sunshine Gas.

Mr McCaul has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has spent 9 years based in Brisbane working with operating companies in technical roles on projects in Queensland, New Zealand and PNG, which included a secondment to Chevron Niugini. He is member of Risk Committee.

Mr McCabe started his energy career with Origin Energy in Adelaide in the retail and energy markets business, working in business development and strategy for electricity and gas acquisitions. Mr McCabe then moved though management positions in Sydney and Melbourne and later became the CFO and Deputy CEO for Australia Pacific LNG, where he led the finance function through project inception, construction and commissioning. Australia Pacific LNG is a CSG to LNG project in Queensland owned by Origin, Conoco and Sinopec, where Mr McCabe led the establishment of a US$8.5bn project finance facility, and a subsequent US$4.5bn refinancing. Prior to accepting his current role as CFO for MidOcean in Australia, Mr McCabe was CFO and then CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) for ASX-listed Senex Energy between 2019 and 2023.
