From 1989 to 1996 Mr Andrews was the Chief Investment Officer at LGT Investment Management in charge of the groups investment portfolios for the Australasian region.

Mr Mazyck is a expert on AC and its applications. He has developed AC products for the major multinational AC manufacturers and has regularly consulted for them on technical issues. David was Chairman of the Activated Carbon Standards Committee for the American Water Works Association ('AWWA') and has developed products for National Aeronautics and Space Administration ('NASA').

Dr Kathawallas was a Vice-President at NYSE-listed Cabot Corporation, speciality chemical company where he had a 27-year career.
