Based in New Zealand, he has delivered management consultancy services across the Asia Pacific for the past 15 years and also serves as an Executive Director of a private investment company with business interests across Australasia.

Ms Watts is a Chair and Non-Executive Director of ASX and private company boards, following more than 25 years as a CEO across sectors including telecommunications, retail, media, entertainment, and education. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, turnaround, capital raising, strategic planning, digital capability development, customer engagement, and international business activity.

Mr Erceg has 40 years' experience in mineral exploration, mine development, and operations across New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, the Philippines, and China. He specialises in southwest Pacific porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold-silver systems and has expertise in their geological, geochemical, geophysical, and alteration characteristics. He has managed remote area reconnaissance and advanced exploration programs and has worked effectively with local professional staff in diverse cultural environments.
