Mr Correia has over 29 year's of Experience in the provision of corporate finance advice to a diverse client base both in Australia and in overseas markets. Mr Correia specialises in the provision of corporate advice in relation to private and public Capital Raising,Mergers and Acquisition,Corporate strategy and structuring ,IPO's , Project and company valuations. Mr Correia also holds a number of public company directorships. Mr Correia also spent a number of years in corporate finance for J.P. Morgan, Deloitte and the Transocean Group in Australia

Mr Paul Lloyd has over 31 years' commercial experience. Mr Lloyd operates his own corporate consulting business, specialising in the area of corporate, financial and management advisory services. After commencing his career with an international accounting firm, he was employed for approximately 10 years as the General Manager of Finance for a Western Australian based international drilling contractor working extensively in Asia and Africa. Paul has been responsible for a number IPOs, RTOs, project acquisitions and capital raisings for ASX listed public companies

Mr Smith holds over 46 years' of experience as an exploration/mine geologist across Australia, North America, Africa, and South East Asia. He has also served as Hawkstone's Technical Manager and was responsible for the exploration program that defined a resource on the company's Big Sandy Sedimentary Lithium Project located in Arizona, USA. Mr Smith previously held the role as exploration manager for Moto Gold Mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, leading the discovery of 22 million ounces of Gold (now Kibali Gold Mine, ranked world's 8th largest). He has also served as a managing director of several ASX listed companies
