Mr Callaghan has over 30 years of manufacturing and marketing consumer goods experience, mainly in New Zealand and Australia, for multinationals; Colgate Palmolive and Kimberly Clark and most recently as Managing Director of Cadbury Australia & New Zealand and CEO of Frucor Suntory New Zealand. Mark is currently the Director of Hepstone Ltd and Callaghan & Associates Ltd. He is a member of the Risk Committee and the Chair of the Human Resources Committee.

Mr Meo has been a director and Chairman of Briscoe Group Limited since May 2001.Rosanne is a Director of AMP Administration (NZ) Ltd and Rosanne Meo Consulting Limited. In the 2012 New Year Honours List Rosanne became a Dame for services to business. She is a member of the Risk Committee and a member of the Human Resources Committee.

Mr Duke has spent all his working life in the retail sector. After leaving school in Adelaide, he commenced work with retailers in South Australia before moving to Waltons in Sydney in 1980. From 1981 to 1988 he held the position of New South Wales Manager of Homecraft / Eric Anderson Stores, a senior merchandise executive for Grace Brothers then Managing Director of Norman Ross. In September 1988, Rod was appointed Managing Director of Briscoes (New Zealand) Limited, at that time a subsidiary of Hagemeyer of the Netherlands, with a mandate of returning the company to profitability and preparing it for sale.

Mr Batterton has approaching 30 years private equity and investment banking experience in New Zealand with Evergreen Partners and Direct Capital, and in London with HSBC Investment Bank. In addition to his role as Independent Director of Briscoe Group, Tony is currently an Independent Director of Scales Corporation, a Partner and Director of Evergreen Partners and a Non-Executive Director of NZ Fine Touring Group and Siplow Nominees Ltd. He chairs the Risk Committee and is a member of the Human Resources Committee.

Mr Cairns prior to his governance career he was Chief Executive at Port of Tauranga for 16 years, a New Zealand port, and before that at Toll Owens Limited and Owens Cargo Company Limited. Mark has worked in infrastructure (build/operate), logistic operations and complex supply chains for most of his career and brings Chief Executive experience in business operations at scale, including exposure to capital markets. He is a member of the Risk Committee and the Human Resources Committee.

Mr Coupe is a professional director who has had more than 30 years of experience in investment banking. He is Chairman of Kingfish Ltd, Barramundi Ltd, and Marlin Global Ltd. He is a member of the Human Resources and the Risk Committee.
