Mr Dixon has more than 35 years' experience as a CEO, executive and Non-executive Director in large public and private companies predominantly within the logistics, engineering and services sectors. John's previous experience includes Executive Director/COO at Linfox, Executive Director/COO at Skilled Engineering, Managing
Director at Westgate Logistics, Managing Director at Silk Logistics Group, and
Executive Director at Patrick Corporation. John is currently a non-executive director of Australian Super, Frontier Advisors and Australian Industry Group.
He is member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Sparks have experience in board governance, business development, organisational growth, turnaround and M&A, Alan brings a skill to BirdDog having a record in both global multi-national, medium-sized and small businesses, as well as ASX-listed expertise. Alan is currently serving as the Chair of an ASX-listed (ASX: HT8) online IT and consumer electronics retailer and as the Chair of Pacificomm Group Ltd, a Pacific consumer electronics distributor. Previous executive roles include as CEO of Cellnet Group Ltd (formerly on the ASX), Senior Vice President at Philips Consumer Electronics (APMEA), President of Carrier Corporation Asia Pacific and Vice President at Belkin Asia Pacific.

Mr Baxter is the Independent Chair of Australian Pork, and a Non-Executive Director at
Foresters Financial and GrowthOps. Mr Baxter currently serves as a Senior Advisor at
BGH Capital, the Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of Sydney, and
previously has been the Senior Advisor to KPMG's Customer, Brand and Marketing
Advisory business. Mr Baxter was previously the CEO of two of the country's largest
communications agencies, Publicis, and Ogilvy. Mr Baxter has also held several significant Board and Chair roles, including at Deakin Business School, Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation, Catch Group, NBL, Sydney Symphony Orchestra and OzHarvest.
He is member of the Risk Committee.

Ms Moss is currently a partner in a national law firm, Gadens and has current relevant experience as an independent non-executive director and committee chair in technologically disruptive companies. Ms Moss was previously Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer within Pizza Hut Australia. Prior to that, Ms Moss was a corporate adviser and dispute resolution lawyer within the law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright Australia.

Mr Cooke has 30 years of experience in the medical device and Medical Technologies industries, Throughout his career, Peter has held various executive and board positions, including President of Global Commercial at Wallaby-phenox Inc, President of International at phenox GmbH and President of International and Emerging Markets at Wright Medical Group NV. In addition to his corporate roles including as the public officer of NASDAQ-listed medical technology business, Peter has held various board positions including with Akunah Medical Pty Ltd, Covax Australia Pty Ltd (now KnG) and the Queensland University of Technology, ITTC.
