Mr. Kwai is also the chairman and an executive director of Ocean Line Port Development Limited (Stock code 8502), which is listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (the SEHK). Mr Kwai is the father of Mr. Kwai Kwun, Lawrence, an Executive Director of the Company.
