    Artrya Ltd (ASX: AYA) is an AI-driven medical technology company that assists clinicians in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Artrya’s Salix Coronary Anatomy is a coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) image analysis solution that allows physicians with AI to identify and analyse the extent and type of arterial plaque, and help identify patients at risk of a heart attack.

    The Perth-based company says the technology will revolutionise the speed and accuracy of coronary artery disease diagnosis.

    Ms Kurincic is a director and executive with over three decades of across radiology, healthcare, medicine and financial services. She began her career as a clinical nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital before moving into community health and aged care leadership and was appointed CEO of aged care provider Benetas in 2000. She was also CEO of Heart Care Victoria establishing the first large cardiology practice group in Victoria. Helen was Director and Chief Operating Officer of GenesisCare from 2008 to 2014. Helen has since built a non-executive career across ASX-listed and private company boards. She is currently Chair of McMillan Shakespeare (ASX: MMS), and a Non-Executive Director of Ramsay Health Care (ASX: RHC). Helen also served as Chair for nine years of leading radiology and imaging provider, Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) through its ASX IPO, followed by acquisitions across Australia and New Zealand, a takeover defence, and introduction of AI into workflows. Helen has previously served as a director of Estia Health (ASX: EHE), Sirtex Medical (ASX: SRX), imaging provider DCA Group (ASX:DCA) and HBF Health. In addition to her operational experience, Helen brings experience in ASX compliance, audit and risk oversight, and remuneration practices, including membership of remuneration committees at Integral Diagnostics and McMillan Shakespeare.

    Dr. Sokolov has experience across all aspects of the US healthcare industry, with expertise in healthcare delivery, biotechnology, and regulatory clearance. Dr. Sokolov was appointed Chair of the Artrya Clinical Advisory Board in January 2022 and became Chairman and President of Artrya USA Inc. in March 2022. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SSB Solutions, Inc, a diversified US healthcare management, development, and financial services company that has partnered with more than 100 healthcare organisations across multiple sectors. In addition, Dr. Sokolov currently serves on several public, private, and not-for-profit healthcare boards, with a particular focus on advanced digital health technologies and next-generation genetics-based companies. Over the past three years, he has served as a director of Lucid Diagnostics, Inc. where he is Chairman of the Compliance & Quality Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, he served on the board of MedCath Corporation, where he chaired the Compliance/Quality Committee.

    Ms Hill is an experienced non-executive director of ASX-listed companies with expertise at board level in technology, biotech, and medical device sectors. She also has experience with international listing exchanges, including Nasdaq (US) and AIM (UK). Prior to her board career, Kate spent more than 20 years as an audit partner at Deloitte, serving both ASX-listed and privately owned clients. Over the past three years, Kate has held board positions with several listed companies, including Count Limited where she serves as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, and a member of the Acquisitions Committee.     Dr Le Benger is a senior healthcare executive and physician with more than two decades of leadership experience across medical groups. He served as CEO of Summit Medical Group from 1999 and as CEO of Summit Health from 2019, following the merger with CityMD, which created a multi-state organisation with more than 2,000 providers across 680 locations, offering primary, speciality and urgent care. He became Executive Chairman of Summit Health in 2021. During his tenure, Dr Le Benger oversaw the rapid growth and transformation of Summit Health into a leading multidiscipline healthcare provider. Summit Health was acquired for 8.9 billion USD in November 2022 by VillageMD, part of the Walgreens Boots Alliance creating one of the largest independent healthcare groups. The Walgreens Boots Alliance was acquired for 10.0 billion USD in August 2025, by private equity firm Sycamore Partners.
