    About AXP Energy Ltd

    AXP Energy Ltd. engages in the production and development of oil and gas properties. It focuses on Pathfinder project located in Denver Julesburg Basin, and also has an interest in oil and gas producing properties in Kentucky. It operates through the following segments: Appalachian Basin, Denveri-Julesburg Basin, and Corporate and Other. The Appalachian Basin segment occupies assets located in a well defined gas production. The Denveri-Julesburg Basin segment occupies assets located in the historic florence oilfield and are geologically defined by the canon city embayment. The Corporate and Other segment includes non-trading operations and unallocated corporate costs. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Lexington, KY.

    Mr Hart brings management, engineering and technology background to the Oil and Gas Industry and has worked with numerous local vendors to improve their processes and service offerings to accommodate the enhanced technical, safety and environmental requirements of our business. Tim joined Fremont Explorations Management team in 2011 as VP/GM of Fremont's Kentucky Business Unit and responsible for transitioning the Business unit from a gas exploration business into a cash flow positive oil and gas producer. In 2015 Tim was promoted to Fremont's Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the performance and development of Fremont's oil and gas portfolio spanning across Colorado, Kentucky, Texas and Mississippi.

As founding partner of one of Australia's real estate firms, Mr Dack had a plus 25-year career in the residential property sector before establishing his own private investment company. Prior to this, Mr Dack was a senior public servant where ultimately assumed responsibility for the NSW Public Hospital Payroll System in the Department of Health, after starting his career as a porter at St Vincent's Hospital. As a private investor since 2014, Mr Dack has made strategic investments across a group of industries including technology, consumer goods and resources & energy. Outside of his business interests, he has a 40 plus year association with the Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW (PCYC), where he continues to sit on the Board of Directors. PCYC NSW is a registered charity which operates 66 clubs across the state with over 70,000 youth members to support young people at at-risk youth through direct engagement and community partnerships.
