Mr Dickson has over 35 years of experience in the finance services industry. He has worked with several stock broking firms including Ord Minett Ltd and Colonial Stock-broking Limited and more recently has been a director of several corporate advisory boutiques. Mr Dickson was a founder/director of Paradigm Capital Pty Ltd and DDM Capital Pty Ltd, which provided a range of services including capital raising and general corporate advice for small-cap companies and Proserpine Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a private equity business based in Melbourne.

Mr Volpe is the Founder of the Company and has over 35 years of experience in minerals and metals exploration globally, including spending the previous 10 years developing relationships in Brazil where he accumulated the Company's portfolio across four states. Mr Volpe has knowledge of Brazil's Mining laws and regulations and brings his relationships with local explorers and governments to the Company.

Mr Reid has experience in Brazil, and a track record of value creation in the resources and energy sector. He previously spent nearly a decade leading the global geoscience function at ASX 200-listed Karoon Energy Ltd. (ASX: KAR). Mr Reid has 40 years of international experience spanning petroleum, geothermal, and critical minerals across multiple jurisdictions, including Brazil. Prior roles include Exploration Director at AIM listed Gold Oil Plc and senior technical roles with Shell International.

Dr Mpofu is a mining executive, director and critical minerals strategist with more than 25 years' experience spanning metallurgy, mining operations, corporate strategy, capital markets, ESG and stakeholder engagement in the resources sector. Her executive leadership experience includes senior roles with South32, Anglo American and Sibanye-Stillwater (formerly Lonmin Plc), where she led strategic, commercial and sustainability portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. Dr Mpofu brings technical depth and strategic leadership experience across the mining value chain, including metallurgical optimisation, project evaluation, M&A, financing strategy, ESG integration and stakeholder engagement. She has technical experience in clay-hosted mineral systems and rare earth metallurgy. Dr Mpofu currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Orion Minerals Limited (ASX/JSE: ORN), where she has contributed to advancing the Prieska Copper-Zinc and Okiep Copper Projects through Bankable Feasibility Studies and supported strategic financing initiatives, including a binding US$250 million financing and offtake agreement with Glencore. She is also the Founder and CEO of Insight Mining Experts, advisory firm focused on ESG, sustainability, circularity and critical minerals strategy. Through IME, she has advised governments, investors and mining companies on critical minerals strategy, ESG frameworks and investment positioning, and has contributed to global critical minerals policy initiatives including the European Union, World Economic Forum and B20/G20 Energy Transition Taskforce.

Mr Nania is an investment banking executive and company Director with a career spanning over 15 years across the natural resources, critical minerals, and technology sectors. He was previously Head of Investment Banking for Casimir Capital (Australia) and Lucerne Investment Partners, where he advised and financed several ASX-listed and international resource companies. Aidan has served as a Director of Skaland Graphite AS in Norway and is currently Founder and Director of Arctic Graphite AS. He is also Founder and CEO of Baker Street Mining & Energy Investments LLC and a Director of Neoeco Limited, a sustainability and ESG technology company working with global partners including Kreston Reeves, Prescient Security, and AVL Group.
