Mr King became a partner of Perth law firm Lavan & Walsh (which became Phillips Fox Perth), he has more than 30 years of experience in commercial contracting, mining law, and corporate compliance. Mr Lloyd has more than 40 years of resource industry, corporate finance, and business development experience. He has served as a senior executive and director of listed and unlisted companies with interests in engineering services, industrial minerals, base and precious metals, energy, and corporate finance. He was a senior executive with the diversified Australian resources company, RGC Limited, a producer of mineral sands in Australia and the United States. George also chairs Ausenco Pty Ltd, a global engineering services provider, and VBX Limited, an Australian bauxite resource developer. He is a non-executive director of Cemos Group Plc, a North African cement producer. He is a Member of the Risk Committee.

Ms Costello brings more than 25 years of experience in Australian and multinational resource businesses, including ASX-listed and US-listed entities, in which she has held executive roles with responsibility for financial management, strategic development and governance. She has been involved in strategic decision making and transformative business processes and has led corporate transactions. Her board experience includes executive and non-executive director roles as well as providing independent advisory services while chairing board committees. Ms Costello is currently employed by Ok Tedi Mining Limited as General Manager, Project Financing and Strategy. Prior to this, her role at Ok Tedi Mining was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager People and Commercial. Ms Costello presently serves as a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee of ASX-listed Horizon Oil Limited.

Mr Kang is a experienced in all aspects of mineral sands downstream processing, product development, sales, and marketing, with a part of her career spent in China. She began her career at Shenyang Chemical Company, where she was also involved in trading and administration. She also worked for the Japanese trading company Nissei Ltd.

Mr Bastos is a mining executive and Non-Executive Director with over 40 years' international experience across iron ore, copper, nickel, coal, gold, and mineral sands. He is a leader who has held senior executive roles at global mining companies with accountability for operations, marketing, safety, stakeholder engagement, and growth. His Non-Executive Director experience includes Iluka Resources, Golder Associates, and OZ Minerals. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Anglo-American plc (since April 2019), rail freight operator Aurizon Holdings Ltd (since November 2017) and lithium / nickel producer IGO Limited (since July 2024). Mr Bastos' executive experience includes Chief Operating Officer of MMG Limited (2011-2017); senior executive roles with BHP (2004-2011), including CEO and President of the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA), President of BHP Nickel West, and President of Cerro Matoso Nickel; and earlier with Brazil's Vale S.A. (1985-2004), where senior roles included Director of Non-Ferrous Operations and General Manager of Iron Ore at Vale's Carajas Iron Ore Complex in Brazil. Across these roles, Mr Bastos led the development, operation, and expansion of global mining and mineral processing operations.

Mr Brown has held various business development, planning and executive roles within the company since, including in China and Australia. He was appointed Managing Director in February 2021. He has led Donald Project development, overseeing further resource delineation, confirmatory metallurgical testing programs, and securing equity partnerships. Tiger has gathered an internal team of operational, commercial, and professional personnel, supported by expert external consultants.
