Mr Lewis is the Co-Founder, CEO, and CIO of Osmium Partners, LLC, a hedge fund based in San Anselmo, California. He has over 25 years of experience as an investment professional and executive across industries including retail, technology, financial services, and real estate. He has invested in over 500 public companies and has appointed more than 20 directors to public boards. His work includes involvement in strategic investments and business turnarounds that resulted in the acquisition of several portfolio companies.

Ms Sparks brings experience in scaling growth consumer-facing technology businesses, with strength in customer strategy and organisational culture - capabilities that are central to Articore's strategic priorities as it enters its next phase of profitable growth.Ms Sparks has served as a non-executive director of several ASX-listed companies, including Australian Vintage Ltd (ASX: AVG), Blackmores Ltd, PMP Ltd and DealsDirect.com.au, and is currently chair of several private and pre-IPO companies.He is also chair of the people committee.

Ms Low has experience as a non-executive director , having worked across industries including technology, retail, insurance, and financial services. She has also worked in data collection and analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), and customer experience. Before becoming a non-executive director, she was an audit and risk partner at PwC for over 28 years. She is Chair of Risk committee and member of people committee.

Mr Sherwin has over 20 years of experience in marketing, retail, technology, and online marketplace businesses. Based in the United States, he is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Staples Inc. Before this, he was the Chief Marketing Officer of ZOE Science & Nutrition. He also spent 10 years at Wayfair, where he worked on developing marketing functions, expanding business units, launching retail locations, and supporting business growth. He is also member of Risk committee.

Ms Mendelson is a senior executive, and non-executive director. In a 20 year career with global e-commerce leader Amazon.com. She is a Head of Amazons US Media Consumer Group.Currently, Ms Mendelson serves as a Director of Mynd.ai (NYSE:MYND), where she is a member of the Compensation and Audit Committees. She also holds directorships at Mainstay, an EdTech SaaS platform, Acadeum, an EdTech education course-sharing marketplace and co-chairs TeachUNITED. Ms Mendelson is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Broad Center at the Yale University School of Management and the Board of Governors of the Yale University Alumni Association. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Certified Director and a board member of NACDs Northwest Chapter.
