    ASX Ltd (ASX: ASX) is a public company that operates the largest securities exchange in Australia. It has an effective monopoly in listing, trading, clearing, and settlement of Australian cash equities, debt securities, investment funds, and derivatives.

    Other activities include technology services, enforcing exchange rules, and managing exchange-related data. The ASX demutualised and listed on its own exchange in 1998 and acquired the Sydney Futures Exchange in 2006.

    The ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) is one of the world's top 10 listed exchange groups measured by market capitalisation.

    Mr Curran has more than 30 years'experience in the finance and technology sectors. He has built experience in digitally transforming organisations to serve their customers. He has led digital transformations and implemented large, complex projects across the Australian banking and financial services landscape. Mr Curran was formerly Westpac's Group Chief Information Officer and has previously held executive technology roles at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where he led the Group's technology transformation, including the industry modernisation of CBA's deposit and lending capabilities.     Mr Byres is a leader with both domestic and international, in the Australian financial system, financial services regulation, risk management, governance and public policy. Mr Byres is a former Chair of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. During that time, he also served on the Reserve Bank of Australia's Payments Systems Board and was a member of the Australian Council of Financial Regulators. Prior to being appointed by the Australian Government as Chair of APRA, Mr Byres served as the Secretary General of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the global standard-setter for banking regulation and supervision. Mr Byres has also worked in an advisory capacity with the International Monetary Fund. He is the chair of the risk committee and member of the Supervision Committee and the Technology Committee.

    Mr Jokovic has over 35 years of experience in global markets and exchange businesses, having held senior leadership roles across investment banking and market infrastructure. Prior to Cboe Australia, Mr Jokovic spent 26 years at Deutsche Bank, where he held key executive roles including Head of Global Markets Asia Pacific, and also Regional Head of Global Market Sales and Head of Equities Australia and New Zealand. During his tenure, he was also a senior member of the Deutsche Bank Executive Committee, as well as a number of global and regional executive committees. Mr Jokovic also held an advisory role to the Cboe Global Management Board for two years until June 2025. He was also a board member of Wilsons Stockbroking, Craigs Investment Partners and Deutsche Securities Australia Ltd, and a non-executive director of the Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation, which serves as the trustee for National Guarantee Fund.
