Mr Downey joined Blakiston & Crabb, an independent resource / corporate / commercial law firm based in Perth. While at Blakiston & Crabb, Mr Downey specialised in advising oil and gas and mining companies in relation to a wide range of legal issues, including initial public offerings; prospectuses for equity and debt raisings, takeovers and reverse takeovers, schemes of arrangement and other types of corporate transactions. Mr Downey also developed an expertise advising both Australian and foreign incorporated entities on dual listings and cross jurisdiction capital raising and listing rule advice particularly with respect to the TSX-V and AIM markets.

Mr D'Anna is a founding Director and Shareholder of the Company. Mr D'Anna has primary and secondary capital markets experience and has experience in resource exploration, public company operations, administration and financial management. Mr D'Anna has experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector and has worked in numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Botswana, Namibia and Canada. In addition, Mr D'Anna has been involved in the exploration and development of many projects including new discoveries and the continued development of existing discoveries.

Mr Ho has more than eight years in ASX listed company directorship experience, providing a wide range of business and strategic advice to small cap unlisted and listed public companies. Mr Ho currently serves as a director of several mining exploration companies on the ASX and possesses significant experience in mining exploration and administration in Namibia, which will serve to assist and support the current exploration activities undertaken by Askari.

Mr Clarry has more than 20 years of experience in the critical minerals sector including lithium (spodumene), nickel and copper as well as uranium, gold and iron ore with a particular focus on projects across Africa. Mr Clarry previously held a role as Exploration Manager for Atlantic Lithium Limited (ASX. A11). Mr Clarry has also held several senior roles including as Senior Exploration Geologist with BHP in Liberia as well as principal of a geo-consultancy company operating in West Africa servicing.
