FAQ
Will ANZ pay a dividend in 2020?
ANZ generally pays twice yearly, fully franked dividends. Due to the difficult trading conditions resulting from the pandemic however, the decision on whether to pay a 2020 interim dividend was deferred in April. In August, ANZ bank announced it would pay an interim dividend of 25 cents. This was lower than the bank’s FY19 interim dividend of 80 cents. The interim dividend was paid on 30 September 2020.
Does ANZ offer a DRP?
ANZ offers both a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and a Bonus Option Plan (BOP) as alternatives to receiving cash dividends on ANZ ordinary shares.
