    Altium Ltd (ASX: ALU) is an Australian company that provides specialist software for the design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronics. 

    The company emerged as one of the world's first tool providers for PCBs in 1985 and is now the global market leader.

    Altium's products are widely used globally in many industries including automotive, aerospace, defence, telecommunications, medical devices, and consumer electronics.

    As well as its design software, the company also offers software tools to connect designers, parts suppliers, and manufacturers on one platform. Altium has offices in Australia, US, China, Europe, and Japan.

    Altium was removed from the ASX official list on 2 August 2024.
