Mr Seville has 25 years as Managing Director or Executive Director of various ASX, TSX or AIM listed companies. This included 12 years as MD/CEO of lithium producer Allkem Limited (formerly Orocobre Limited) which he took from IPO in 2007 to being, at the time of his retirement in 2019, and expanding, producer of lithium chemicals and part of the battery supply chain. Richard was a non-executive director of Allkem Limited at the time of its merger with Livent Corporation to create Arcadium Lithium PLC, now taken over by Rio Tinto Ltd. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Oz Minerals Limited from 2019 until its takeover by BHP in 2023, and Chairperson of potash developer Agrimin Ltd from 2019 to 2024.

Ms Heywood is a non-executive director, audit and risk committee, and people and remuneration committee chair, with general management experience gained through an international career in the mining sector, including 10 years with the Rio Tinto Copper Group. Her experience includes strategic marketing, business finance and compliance and she has led organisational restructures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals at both the executive and board level. Ms Heywood currently serves as a non-executive director of Firefly Metals Limited (ASX: FFM; TSX:FFM), non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Risk Committee of Lotus Resources (ASX:LOT), non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Deterra Royalties (ASX:DRR) and is a director of Snowy Hydro Limited and Denison Gas Limited. She is the chairperson of Risk Committee.

Sir Evans in1960 joined the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation and, shortly afterwards, moved into he then Ministry of Technology. In 1964 he joined the Ferranti Electronics Company. In 1969, Richard joined the Military Aircraft Division of British Aircraft Corporation (BAC) at Warton, Lancashire and continued his career within BAE Systems Plc (LSE:BA), in various roles through to Chief Executive (1990) and Chairman (1998), retiring in 2004. In 1997, Richard joined the Board of United Utilities plc (LSE:UU) as a Non-Executive Director, he was appointed Chairman on 1st January 2001 and retired from the Board in July 2008. In 1998, he was appointed a Non-Executive Director of NatWest Bank plc (LSE:NWG) resigning from that Board in February 2000. In 2006, Richard was appointed Chairman of Samruk Holdings, a Joint Stock Company, owned by the Government of Kazakhstan and having relinquished that appointment he became an Independent Director of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC from which he resigned in December 2019. He is a member of Risk committee.

Mr Petersohn is an international financial executive and entrepreneur. He opened and ran Jefferies & Cos first office in Hong Kong and spent ten years with Morgan Stanley Asia in various capacities. Steven has been a founder or key person in several start-ups. He managed a special situations fund, started a private equity business and is on the Board of Trans-China Automotive (SGX:V12), a Singapore-listed company doing business in China.

Mr Obeid is a business executive with 25 years of experience, in financing, developing and building real estate projects. Nassif began his career in 1989 working at Construction Moderne Charles & Nassif Obeid (Est. 1956) in Site Works and Project Development until 1992. From 1999 to 2002, Nassif worked as a Site Engineer at Construction Moderne Charles & Nassif Obeid. Since 2003, Nassif has been the Managing Director at Construction Moderne Charles & Nassif Obeid, as well as the Managing Partner at Amarat General Contractors.

Mr Fletchers expertise is in overseeing commercial property development both in the UK, Mexico, Hong Kong and China. Tim has worked as a manager at Estratur Ltd (1991-1994), THGP Ltd (1994-1996), ADL Limited (1996-2001) and Artemis Resources Ltd & Apollo Minerals Ltd (2006-2007). Tim is currently a Director at FF Financial Services Ltd. He is currently a Director for THCJ Limited, which holds a infrastructure asset in Indonesia. Tim has been a Director since 2012. He was heavily involved in developing the Kendall River Kaolin Project as a HPA project, which led to the acquisition of the Canadian HPA assets held by Orbite in 2020.

Mr Giammaria has over 20 years commercial and corporate law experience corporate finance, restructuring and securities, and advising microcap and mid-sized companies. In his early practice, Anthony was employed by a boutique law firm in corporate and commercial law. In 2009, he founded AG Avocat Conseil Inc., a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and commercial law. Anthony has been involved in AEMs HPA business as a member of the joint venture company boards since 2023. He is the chairperson of the People Committee.

Mr Adams has 40 years of experience, his career has been spent in the development, financing and implementation of infrastructure and industrial projects for companies such as Trafalgar House plc, Kvaerner AS, and Gammon Construction Limited. He began his career as an engineering consultant with Mott, Hay and Anderson (now Mott Macdonald).
