Ms. Karic has 20 years of experience as a lawyer and a career spanning corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources. Ms Karic is a graduate of the University of Sarajevo. After passing the bar exam, she built her career as a lawyer, public notary deputy, and for five years as an Executive Director for Legal Affairs at the Prevent Group, Bosnia's diversified industrial corporation with businesses in the EU. Currently, she is the shareholder and CEO of Legal Solutions d.o.o. a law firm in Bosnia, providing legal and consultancy services mainly for foreign investors and Adriatic Metals BH. She is chair of Sustainability Committee.

Mr. Bilbe is a mining engineer with over 40 years Australian and international mining experience in gold, base metals and iron ore in operational, CEO and board positions. He is currently a Non Executive Director of Horizon Minerals Ltd, an emerging gold producer. He is member of Sustainability Committee.

Mr Rawlinson was the Global Co-Head of Mining and Metals at Barclays Investment Bank between 2013 and 2017 having joined from the boutique investment bank, Liberum Capital, a business he helped found in 2007. He is currently a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Hochschild Mining, an Independent Non-Executive Director at Capital Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Andrada Mining Limited. He is member of Sustainability Committee.

Ms Bates is a commercial and strategic international lawyer with over 20 years' experience advising management teams and boards of both listed and private companies in the UK and internationally. She is a risk assessment specialist and brings experience of guiding clients in the natural resources sector through complex negotiations often with a cross-cultural element. Ms Bates is General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Elemental Altus Royalties Corp and a member of Women in Mining UK. She is chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Rasmussen has experience in the financing of European and global mining projects, having recently been Chief Advisor Structured & Project Finance for Renewables & Mining at Rio Tinto, as well as having been at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for 27 years, of which he was Global Head of Natural Resources between 2013-2022.
Mr Rasmussen is currently a board director at the Electrum Discovery Corporation.

Ms Tyler has a industry knowledge with over 30 years experience in mining, in technical, technology and safety applications. Her 20 year career at BHP Limited between 2005 and 2024 included her role as the inaugural Chief Technical Officer (2020-2024 as well as Asset President at Olympic Dam (2018-2020), Chief Geoscientist at BHP (2016-2020), and Chief of Staff to BHPs CEO (2015-2018). She has worked across the Americas, Australia, UK and Africa, principally in base metals, diamonds, aluminium and iron ore.

Mr Bardella is a specialist in assurance and governance, in the natural resources sector, having previously advised companies including Xstrata, Rio Tinto, Gold Fields and Hochschild Mining in his capacity as Assurance Partner at professional services firm, Ernst & Young . His previous roles include Global Lead Audit Partner for Xstrata and Global Assurance Lead for Rio Tinto. Mr Bardella led EYs Assurance services in the Mining & Metals sector for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA), and its Energy division for UK & Ireland from 2007 to 2019. He is also experienced in ASX and LSE listing requirements. Mr Bardella sits on the board of South African vanadium producer Bushveld Minerals Ltd as an Independent Non-Executive Director, where he chairs the Audit and ESG Committees and is also a member of the Remuneration Committee.
