Mr Connelly is a mining executive in the gold industry. He was previously Non-Executive Chair of Oklo Resources and Chesser Resource. Earlier in his career, Mr Connelly was also Managing Director and CEO of Papillon Resources Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Endeavour Mining Corporation, following its merger with Adamus Resources Limited. where he was Managing Director & CEO.

Mr Varcoe has more than 31 years' experience in the industry. Mr Varcoe has operational and managerial experience across a number of commodities including gold, iron ore, copper, diamonds, coal, uranium and rare earths. Mr Varcoe is experienced in board positions and operations management as well as project management and consulting. Mr Varcoe is a principal consultant with Australian firm AMC Consultants.

Mr Stern's career has been in corporate advisory, spending six years with Macquarie Bank and three years with both UBS and Deutsche Bank. In 2000, Mr Stern established Metropolis Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and proxy contests. Mr Stern is Non-Executive Chairman of Troy Resources Limited.

Mr Osborne has over 30 years of experience as an exploration geologist. He was pivotal to the resource development of the world class Gruyere Gold Deposit (6.6Moz Au). Mr Osborne has also previously held senior positions on the exploration executive team of Gold Fields Ltd. He was instrumental in the development of the Damang Superpit project in Ghana and had discovery success at St Ives Gold Mine (Athena and Hamlet deposits) among other Reserve additions.

Mr Ducler has over 22 years' experience in the mining industry. For the past 19 years, Mr Ducler has been in senior operational management roles with Gold Fields, BHP, Fortescue Metals, Mineral Resources and Roy Hill.
