About A2B Australia Ltd

A2B Australia Ltd (ASX: A2B) was established in 1976 and was formerly known as Cabcharge. Headquartered in Sydney, the company operates in Australia, North America and Europe. A2B specialises in the provision of payments solutions and booking technologies related to personal transport services such as taxis and limousines.

According to A2B, it is the market leader in its field and an innovator of communications technologies and payment solutions. Its brands include Cabcharge, Silver Services, 13cabs, MTI and Spotto among others. These platforms span a variety of bookings, payments, dispatching, licensing and insurance services as well as a fleet of vehicles.

Having originally listed on the ASX in 1999, the company changed from the name Cabcharge (ASX: CAB) to its current name in 2018. With few people out and about during the coronavirus pandemic, the A2B share price has spent the bulk of 2020 trading under $1.
