    About Arn Media

    ARN Media Ltd (ASX: A1N), formerly known as HT&E Ltd, is an Australian media and entertainment company. It owns the Australian Radio Network which consists of 58 radio stations across Australian metropolitan and regional markets. It also operates 46 DAB+ (digital audio broadcasting) services, the iHeartRadio audio entertainment platform, and has outdoor advertising assets in Hong Kong. In 2023, the ARN divested its stake in mobile messaging software business Soprano Design.

From 1993-2021, Alison worked for her family's business, privately owned Grant Broadcasters Pty Ltd, and was part of multiple acquisitions over the last 15 years, culminating in the ownership of 48 commercial radio stations in regional Australia. She understands media and regional communities. Alison's most recent role was CEO of Grant Broadcasters where she was responsible for the negotiation of the sale of 47 regional stations to ARN. Alison was also Director of Grant Broadcasters Pty Ltd from 18 February 2004 to 4 January 2022. In December 2023, she was appointed Director of Ensemble Foundation Limited, a not for profit in the arts sector. She is a member of the Risk Committee.
