Mr Cooke has over 30 years' experience in the resource exploration and mining industry throughout Australia and internationally, initially as part of BHP Minerals Business Development Group and the last 20 years managing public resource companies as part of the Mitchell River Group. Mitchell River Group has been responsible for a number of mining operations and resource companies developed over the past 20 years, including Sally Malay Mining Ltd (now Panoramic Resources Ltd), Albidon Ltd, Mirabella Nickel Ltd, African Energy Resources Ltd (now Alma Metals Ltd) and Exco Resources Ltd. He currectly holds directorships with Alma Metals Limited (since 2007); Caravel Minerals Limited (since 2018). He held directorship with EVE Health Group Limited (2007-2023).

Mr Hallam has 35 years experience in the mining industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior operational, strategic and business development roles with leading ASX-200 resource companies, including Western Mining Corporation, Metals X Limited and Westgold Resources. Mr Hallam brings technical, managerial and financial expertise, with a background in uranium and other critical commodities, including gold, nickel, copper and rare earth elements.

Mr Lester has over 40 years' experience in the mining industry and has held senior executive positions with North Ltd, Newcrest Mining Limited, Oxiana Limited and Oz Minerals Limited. He was Executive Director for Citadel Resource Group Limited and has been a non-executive director and chairman with several ASX listed resource companies, including Toro Energy and Kidman Resources. Mr Lester's experience covers operations, project and business development and corporate activities, including a period in financial services. He has had international experience, including in North and South America, SE Asia and the Middle East. He currently holds directorship with Gateway Mining Limited (since 2022). He held directorships with Helix Resources Limited (2018-2023); White Rock Minerals Limited (2013-2022).
