About Wesfarmers Ltd
Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX: WES) is a diversified company with broad retail operations in home improvement and outdoor living, apparel, general merchandise, office supplies, and health and wellbeing, alongside a chemicals, energy and fertilisers business.
It added its health division in March 2022, with the acquisition of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API). From its origins in 1914 as a Western Australian farmers' cooperative, Wesfarmers has grown into one of Australia's largest listed companies trading on the ASX.
Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, Wesfarmers subsidiaries include household names such as Bunnings Warehouse, Kmart Australia, Officeworks, Priceline, and more.
