    Mogul Games Group Ltd. engages in the business of design and development of its online media platform. It operates through three segments: eSports, Mineral Exploration and Unallocated. The eSports segment includes equity investments and intangible assets and all expenses related to the eSports business. The Mineral exploration segment includes acquisition cost of exploration licenses and all expenses related to the tenements in Western Australia. The Unallocated segment includes treasury, corporate and regular expenses arising from operating an entity, corporate assets, including cash and cash equivalents The company was founded on January 20, 2011 and is headquartered in West Melbourne, Australia.
