About COG Financial Services Ltd
COG Financial Services Ltd (ASX: COG) is Australia's leading finance broker aggregator and equipment leasing company for small to medium-sized businesses. The company has two segments, its Finance Broker & Aggregation business and its Lending business.
The former provides aggregation services to independent brokers as well as brokers in which COG has equity investments. This segment oversees more than A$4.5 billion of net asset finance annually.
The Lending segment originates new chattel mortgage products through its broker network and provides own-funded equipment finance directly to businesses. The company also has a portfolio of finance brands.
