Mr Vujcic is a corporate governance specialist with experience across corporate law, defence procurement, government contracting and international arbitration. Before joining the Bar, Lucy was an associate at leading U.S. law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she advised multinational corporations on bilateral investor-state disputes. Mr Granit has experience across capital markets, M&A, advanced manufacturing, and strategic governance. He brings over 20 years of experience in sourcing, executing, and managing transactions across the United States, Europe, and Israel. Mr Granit currently serves on the board of Amaero International Ltd (ASX:3DA). Mr Granit is an investor in Amaero and Beonic, both listed on the ASX. Omer Granit is Partner at EnPar Capital in New York, where he is across both private and public markets. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of MIXER and the Founder and CEO of West 4 Capital. He also served as CEO and Head of Investments at a London-based family office, managed alternative investments for a institutional investor, and began his career as an M&A attorney at the New York office of White & Case. Mr Granit brings expertise in M&A, capital markets, and governance, with a record in sourcing and executing transactions.

Mr Haden has experience to led partnership with the US Department of War, Indian Ministry of Defence, and industry pioneers serving critical defence, aerospace and quantum verticals. He spearheaded the acquisition of a dedicated Silicon Valley laser production facility (fab); enabling faster development and production, improved manufacturing quality, and the ability to pursue next-generation high-fidelity capabilities to capture high-growth precision markets.
Jim is an industry veteran with three decades laser expertise and track record transitioning
advanced technology businesses to profitable, high-growth commercial entities. Before joining BluGlass he held
senior leadership positions at several of BluGlass potential customers and competitors, including Kyocera SLD,
nLight, Coherent and JDS Uniphase (now Lumentum).
