Mr Beck is a company director with experience across a range of industries including manufacturing, retail, transport and tourism. Shawn was a co-founder of Pencarrow Private Equity. He has represented Pencarrow on many company boards, including several publicly listed companies. Currently Shawn is active as a company advisor and is the founder of FMCG business, Skinny Fizz.

Mr Stuart has over 30 years' experience in senior executive and governance roles in New Zealand and internationally. He was previously the CEO of Sealord Group from 2007 to 2014 and prior to that was CFO and Director of Strategy with the Fonterra Co-operative Group from 2001 to 2007. He is the Chair of EROAD Limited, an independent director and Chair of the audit committee of Tower Limited and independent director and Chair of Northwest Healthcare Property Management Limited.

Simon is an experienced business leader and director. He has a keen interest in the labour markets role in a successful economy and the growth of New Zealands productivity. Simon has been a director of several businesses and is on the Board of Trustees for the Ice Foundation (a charitable trust which owns business incubator The Icehouse) and is also a Director of The Icehouse. Simon joined the Board in June 2021 and
was appointed Chair in January 2022.

Ms Mayne is Sydney based and is currently the Head of Commercial at Scottish Pacific Business Finance. Prior to this, she completed several consulting, programme management and Acting CEO roles focused on business improvement. From 2001 to 2015, She held senior financial leadership positions across the Fletcher Building Group, including the roles of General Manager Finance-Building Products division, the CFO of the Crane Division, and Divisional Finance Manager-Stramit Building Products.

Mr Pramod was previously Managing Director and majority shareholder of McKechnie Aluminium
Solutions Limited for over 20 years. McKechnie is a manufacturer and supplier of aluminium products
supplying both NZ and Australian markets. Prior to this he has held senior management roles in the
New Zealand dairy, roading & construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Pramod is the Chair of Christchurch based AW Fraser Limited and a trustee of a New Plymouth based
charitable trust. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, has a Bachelor
of Commerce and an MBA from University of Otago and is a Member of the Institute of Directors.
