In these roles, he has advised on many of the largest and most complex M&A and equity capital markets and corporate transactions. He is also Chairman of Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, and a Director of the Financial Markets Foundation for Children. He served as a member of UNSW Council for 18 years, retiring in 2025. He is Member of the Investment Committee.
