Mr Perrin brings wine industry experience as a past Manager and Director of a number of large listed, private and boutique wine companies in Australia, the United States and New Zealand over a 40 year wine career that focused on sales and marketing both in Australia and overseas. He is Chair of Risk and Sustainability Committee and also a member of People and Culture Committee.

Ms Zabel is a consultant in customer centred business transformation, brand strategy, innovation, communications, customer experience and change leadership. She has 20 years of senior executive experience working across companies and brands in FMCG, food and beverage, technology and communications industries including multinationals, ASX 100 and not-for-profits. She is memebr of Risk and Sustainability Committee and Chair of People Committee.

Ms Teh is the founder and executive Chair of Octopus Global Holdings, which is the Company's current distributor in Singapore and Malaysia. Octopus Global is the sole representative of many global distributors in Singapore and Malaysia, including Remy Martin, Paulaner, San Miguel, Australian Vintage, Fever Tree, ABInBev and more.

Mr Byrne's expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and financial stewardship has left an fast mark across diverse industries and geographies, including Australia, New Zealand, North America, Oceania, Europe, sub-continent, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He serves on the Boards of Ausgrid Asset, Management, Finance and Operator Partnership, NSW Ports, Peel Ports UK, Sydney Airport, CBH group, and the National Intermodal Corporation. He has previously held positions such as Managing Director of Toll Group Holdings and Chief Executive Officer Coates Hire, Linfox and Westgate Holdings, as well as Board/Committee positions with Australia Post, OzHarvest, Victoria University and the University of Denver. He is Chair of Risk and Sustainability Committee and member of People Committee.

Mr Williamson has over 28 years of experience in financial markets including experience in covering global alcoholic beverages as an analyst based in London for Societe Generale and is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Wentworth Williamson Management, a shareholder of the Company. Wentworth Williamson Management is a private Australian based value fund manager with both equity and private credit funds. Prior to Wentworth Williamson, he worked for Allan Gray Australia and prior to that he was Portfolio Manager of the Investec Australian Equity Fund. He is meember of Risk and Sustainability Committee and People Committee.
