Mr McGeoch is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Australian Pacific Airports Corporation Limited; Director of Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited; Director of Ramsay Health Care Limited: Director of Sky City Entertainment Group Limited; Chairman of Telecom Corporation New Zealand Australia Ply Limited; Member of Asn Risk Services limited NSW Board of Advice; Chairman of Sporting Frontiers Pty Limited: and Director of Frontiers Group Limited, Consultant to Corrs Chamber Westgarth. Mr McGeoch was Chief Executive of Sydney's successful bid for the 2000 Olympic Games. Mr McGeoch was awarded membership of the Order of Australia in 1990. Mr McGeoch is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr Fletcher is Executive Chairman of Trans Tasman Properties Limited and is a Director of AGP Management Limited. Mr Fletcher holds the responsibility for SEA Holdings Limited (SEA) group operations in the region. He is a Director d SEA Holdings New Zealand Limited, SEA Holdings Australia Ply Limited and various Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries of the SEA group. Mr Fletcher has extensive knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region property markets following considerable experience in the region.

Mr Lu has more than 25 years experience in property in investment and development in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia- Pacific region, and is responsible for international investment planning strategies within the S E A Holdings Limited group.

Mr Cooper is Principal and Managing Director of Castle Partners Pty Limited, a Sydney based property finance specialist. Mr Cooper was formerly Managing Director of Tasman Properties Limited. Mr Cooper is Chairman of Waltus Property Finance Ltd. He has a First Class Honour Degree in Economics from Canterbury University and has held positions with investment banker, Morgan Grenfell (Sydney) and stockbrokers, Buttle Wilson Limited (Auckland). MC Cooper is a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Hodge joined SEABIL (NZ) Limited in May 7984 as Company Secretary and Financial Controller and continued in that role on the
formation of Trans Tasman Properties Limited in 1995. In 1988 Mr Hodge was appointed Finance Director of Trans Tasman properties Limited and in 2000 was appointed Executive Director responsible for that Company's activities in New Zealand. Mr Hodge is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in both commerce m d public accounting, including 75 years as a partner in a Auckland accounting practice.
