Mr Payne 20 years' has experience in exploration, open pit, underground and operational roles in Australia and overseas. He has worked at Placer Dome's Granny Smith Mine in Western Australia, Porgera Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea, and has held senior roles at Australian Gold Fields Ltd and Dominion Mining. He also has experience in research and natural resources with a Perth-based company, specialising in small to mid-cap resource businesses. He has worked on evaluating and valuing various projects and companies across multiple commodities.

Mr Angus has experience in the capital markets sector in Australia. He has been involved in advising and raising equity for corporations in the form of venture capital, seed capital, private equity, pre-initial public offerings and initial public offerings. He is considered independent as he is not part of management and has no interest, position, association, or relationship that could influence, or be perceived to influence, his ability to exercise independent judgment on matters before the Board.

Mr Reinehr has experience across mining and resources, project development and information technology. He has worked across all levels of management and has held partnership, director, and chairman positions with companies in Australia and internationally.

Mr Ackerman has 25 years experience in gold and copper exploration, and resource assessment. Over the last two decades with Newcrest, Mr Ackerman has carried out various exploration management roles,
including as Newcrests Regional Exploration Manger in Asia Pacific. During this time Mr Ackerman led Newcrest's APAC Regional Exploration portfolio including acceleration of advanced projects (Havieron, and Telfer resource growth), brownfields growth portfolios across Telfer and Cadia, greenfields project capture and discovery programs, and exploration project generation across the APAC region.
