Mr Dennis has been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years. He has held senior management positions at several Australian resources companies and was previously the Chief Executive Office & Managing Director of CBH Resources Limited, the Australian subsidiary of Toho Zinc Co., Ltd of Japan. Mr Dennis is currently the non-executive chair of ASX listed companies Rox Resources Limited and Marvel Gold Limited.

Mr Spreadborough has over thirty years experience in Australian and international mining leadership roles (including Executive Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Managing Director/CEO and Chief Operating Officer) in a range of commodities across underground and open pit mining, processing, port operations, exploration, project development and financing. Mr Spreadborough is currently the Executive Co-Chair of Novo Resources Corporation.

Mr Hoskins commenced his career at an international accounting firm and has since gained corporate experience with both Australian and international listed companies. He is a senior executive with finance and commercial experience across resources exploration, project development and production as well as large-scale property developments requiring debt and equity financing. His former directorships in the last 3 years was with Marvel Gold Limited (Non-Executive Director).

Mr Ludik is has a career spanning over 20 years in the resources industry, with expertise in engineering, feasibility studies, mine optimisation, ESG and corporate finance. Mr Ludik has worked on a number of landmark transactions in the resource sector since 2006. He was Executive Chairman for Suvo Strategic Minerals Limited. He is Chair of the Risk Committee and ESG Committee.

Mr Dowling is ARCHs Investment Director. Mr Dowling has more than a decade of experience in mining in private equity and throughout his career has been involved in the financing, development and mining projects
