    Dexus Industria REIT (ASX: DXI) is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) with a portfolio of workplace-focused properties. It has more than 90 established industrial, technology park, and business park assets located across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. The $1.6 billion portfolio is managed internally by Dexus and is one of the Dexus group's three ASX-listed entities.
