Mr Gibson has over 20 years investment banking experience, including as Co-Head of Investment Banking in New Zealand for Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Craigs where he completed a number of New Zealands largest M&A and equity transactions, including within the energy sector. David is currently Deputy Chair of Goodman (NZ) Limited and a Director of Freightways, NZME and Rangatira Limited. He is a former board member of director of Trustpower and the Diocesan School for Girls.

Mr Macdonald has more than 16 years of experience in New Zealand's Technology Sector. Mr Macdonald worked for HSBC Investment Bank in London and Deloitte Consulting with a focus on telecommunications and financial services. Mr Macdonald is a director of Contact Energy, and a Trustee of NZ Technology Training Charitable Trust. He is the Chair of People Committee and member of the Development Committee.

Ms Trout has held a number of positions in the transport, infrastructure and energy sectors. She has over 31 years of experience in the management, planning and delivery of large projects. She is a director of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority, Harrison Grierson Holdings Limited, Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited, Ngapuhi Asset Holdings Company Ltd. She is the Chair of the Safety and
Sustainability Committee and Member of the Development Committee.

Mrs Schaafhausen chairs Waikato-Tainui and Miro Berries. She is also the managing director of Te Waharoa Investments and a director of AgResearch. She is also a trustee of the Tindall Foundation and The Princes Trust. She has previously been a director of Genesis Energy. She is the member of Risk Committee and Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr McDonald's finance career spans over 31 years in financial and risk management, developed over two decades with Air New Zealand. He is also a member of people committee.

Ms Crone has over 21 years of experience in the communications and IT sectors. Her experience spans from start-ups to mature products across consumer, small business and enterprise sectors. She is chief executive of Callaghan Innovation and chair of Figure.NZ. She is also a member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Smol has over thirty-six years of work experience, including in the energy sector in the UK and New Zealand, for Conoco UK Limited, Electricity Corporation and ILEX Energy Consulting. He was part of the Contact Energy establishment team in 1995-1996 and a member of the team that developed the rules for the New Zealand electricity market. In 2008 David was appointed as chief executive of Ministry of Economic Development and, from 2012-2017 was the inaugural chief executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). He is the Chair of Development Committee and member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Ms Dodds has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive in infrastructure businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. She has held regional Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer, and operations roles. Ms Dodds has worked as a member of the group executive teams in ASX listed environments at Downer EDI and Broadspectrum Ltd (formerly Transfield Services). She is Chair of the Risk Committee and member of the People's committee.
