The Motley Fool's Guide to Investing - Part 1

Thanks for watching the first video in The Motley Fool's Guide to Investing!

As you progress through this series, you might find that some areas of investing aren't covered in quite as much detail as you'd like.

Maybe you have specific questions that weren't answered. Maybe you want to see more maths or source references. Maybe you just aren't a big fan of video, and would rather it be all written down!

If that's the case, don't worry – we've got you. After each video, we'll provide links to pages that go a little bit deeper on these topics.

While we can't offer personalized financial advice, you can think of these as your 'further reading' – they're only there if you want them. If you're on top of everything, and don't want to dive deeper, that's fine; the Guide will cover all the basics for you. But if you'd like to explore some areas in more depth, then that's what these links are for.

Today we've got two links for you. The first is to our Foolish Philosophy page, written by Scott Phillips a few years ago. Here, you can read more about who we are, how we think, and what we do.

The second link is to our Investing Education Hub. This is a central resource we've put together over the last few years, with lots of information on the different topics of investing.

We'll be linking to specific pages from here throughout our Guide to Investing, but if you'd like to get stuck in early, please feel free!

That's it for this edition of our "Beginners Guide to Investing" series. We'll see you at the next video!

To your wealth, wisdom and happiness,
The Motley Fool Australia
